I’m Connor Fitzgerald, a former collegiate football player, current competitive bodybuilder, and full-time personal trainer dedicated to helping clients of all backgrounds perform, move, and look their best.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville, am an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, and a NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach.
My mission is to help people build strong, functional, and aesthetic physiques through intelligent training and targeted nutritional intervention.
I work with a wide range of clients, focusing on three key areas: corrective exercise and biomechanics for older adults to improve mobility, stability, and quality of life; athletic performance development for young athletes, emphasizing speed, power, and agility; and advanced hypertrophy programming for competitive bodybuilders aiming to develop competitive physiques.
With a deep understanding of human movement, I ensure that every program is purposeful, efficient, and tailored to the individual. My goal is to help clients train smarter, avoid injury, and achieve sustainable progress.
Whether you want to move better, compete harder, or build your best physique, I bring the same passion, precision, and commitment to your training as I do to my own.
