Is there an age requirement to join Warhouse?
Yes, Warhouse is an 18+ facility. All members must be at least 18 years old to purchase a pass or membership. A valid ID may be required at sign-up.
Are memberships contract-based?
Nope. All memberships are non-contract and billed month-to-month. Cancel anytime, just give us a 7-day notice before your next billing cycle.
Do I need to return the key fob if I get a short-term pass?
Yes. For limited-duration passes (like a week pass or temporary access), key fobs must be returned at the end of the pass period. Lost or unreturned fobs may result in a replacement fee.
Are memberships refundable?
All memberships, passes, and fees are final sale and non-refundable. Please review your selection before purchasing.
How do I cancel a monthly membership?
To cancel, just give us at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. This helps ensure your cancellation is processed in time and you’re not charged for the next cycle.
